William L. Worrick
Age 94, of Canton died Friday, September 17, 2010 in the Canton Regency following a brief illness. Born August 28, 1916 in Everson, PA. to the late John and Barbara Worrick. He was a Canton area resident most of his life and retired from Weber Dental Manufacturing in 1980. William was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Canton. Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Worrick on August 11, 2010; one daughter, Darlene Stropki; one sister, Elizabeth Worrick; one son-in-law, Donald Kendall. Survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Douglas Cantrell of Canton; four grandchildren, Darin Kendall, Ryan Kendall, Sheena Stropki, Erin Stropki all of Canton; two great grandchildren, Dylan and Makayla; one sister, Dorothy Worrick of Canton. The family would like to thank the staff at the Canton Regency for their wonderful care given to William. Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 10:00 am in St. Mary's Catholic Church with Fr. Benson Okpara as celebrant. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 5-8 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave.
