William Tomko
William Tomko, age 79, of Canton, passed away Tuesday November 27, 2007 in Mercy Medical Center. He was born November 5, 1928 in Lore City, OH, to the late Ande and Mary (David) Tomko. William was a Korean War veteran and a Canton area resident for the past 60 years. He was a member of the Canton Baptist Temple, retiring from Goodyear Aerospace in 1993 after 35 years of service. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Survived by his wife, Esther M. (Mayle) to whom he was married 54 years; one son, Robert Tomko of Canton; one sister, Sue Ambro of Canton. Funeral services will be Friday November 30, 2007 at 1:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Rev. David E. Harmon officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
