Wauldine A. Flinn
Age 93, of Canton, passed away Friday February 19, 2016 in the Canton Christian Home. She was born May 9, 1922 in Hohenwald, TN. to the late Russell and Agnes (Walker) Fite. She was the owner/operator of Wauldine’s Beauty Shop for 27 years. Wauldine had been an active member of the Northwest Church of Christ where she was a member of the former Young at Heart. She was a former member of Pike Grange and the Skeeter Beeter Camping Club. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert T. Sanders in 1952; second husband, Arthur R. Flinn in 1988; one son, Robert R. Sanders; one sister, Betty Sue Neeley. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Jeannie and Ronnie Woods; one son, A. Douglas Flinn; one daughter-in-law, Bonnie Sanders; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday February 23, 2016 at 1:00pm in the Northwest Church of Christ at 3904 – 38th St. NW., Canton, OH 44718 with Lance Lindenberger and Bill Craddock officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends will be received one hour before services on Tuesday at the church (12-1pm).
