Wanda June Boylan-Van Horn
Wanda June Boylan-Van Horn, age 76, of East Canton, died Monday October 29, 2007 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. She was born January 30, 1931 in Jackson, OH, to the late Harry L. and Ruth E. (Glass) Perkins. Wanda was a 1949 graduate of Perrysville High School and an East Canton resident since 1972. She retired from the Diebold Company in 1994 after 27 years of service. She had attended Indian Run Christian Church and was a member and insurance agent for the Alliance of Transylvanian Saxons (ATS). In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Alfonso Blair, second husband, John Boylan, third husband, Harold Van Horn; one grandson, Jason Blair; two brothers, Howard L. and Donald L. Perkins. She is survived by six children and their spouses, David Blair of Williamsport, PA, Steven and Brenda Blair of Williamsport, Pa, Patrick and Joan Marie Blair of Danville, PA, Brenda and Denny Griffith of East Canton, Dr. Linda and Joe Camp of East Canton, Donna and Joe Fuller of Williamsport, PA; 23 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; one step-daughter and her husband, Roseanne and Dale Miller of Massillon; four sisters, Peggy Wood, Marlene Baker, Sue Fields and Patty Iles; numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be Saturday November 3, 2007 at 1:00pm in the Perkins Cemetery, Jackson County, OH. with Terry Bailey officiating. Friends may call Friday 5-8pm in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Indian Run Christian Church Building Fund at 7455 Hill Church St SE, East Canton, OH 44730.
