Vivian A. Marty

Age 81, of Canton died Thursday, May 5, 2022 in The Avalon, New Albany. Born July 8, 1940 in Paris, Ohio to the late Nelson and Doris (Stier) Myers. She was a life resident of the Paris and Canton areas and a 1958 graduate of Louisville High School. Vivian was a member of Southwest Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her husband, H. Eugene Marty in 2012; one son, Timothy Marty; two brothers, Donnie and Richard Myers. She is survived by one son, Thomas Marty; one daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Carl Day; two grandchildren, Alison (Kyle) Chandler and Casey Day; one great grandson, Crew Chandler; one step great granddaughter, Kylie Chandler; one brother, Darold (Gloria) Myers; one sister, Verla Crowl; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday May 11, 2022 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. Interment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Southwest Church of Christ.
