Virginia M. Hayden
Age 81, of Canton died Friday, September 2, 2011 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born December 11, 1929 in Dayton, OH. to the late Paul and Clara (Boltz) Baker. She was a Canton resident since 1955 and retired as a teacher from Canton Local Schools. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and the Canton South AARP. Virginia was an avid golfer, reader and was very devoted to her family. Preceded in death by one son, John Hayden and three sisters. Survived by her husband of 60 years, William J. Hayden; two sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Joyce Hayden of Beaver Creek, OH., William P. and Annette Hayden of Massillon; five grandchildren, Scott(Courtney), Sara, Jeff, Jenna and Trent Hayden. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Fr. Edward Beneleit officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. Friends may call Monday from 5-8 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc., 4682 Douglas Cir. N.W., Canton, OH. 44718.
