Virginia Eileen (Lowery) Cleary

Virginia Eileen (Lowery) Cleary, age 97, went to Heaven on Sunday, July 30, 2023.

She was born on November 20, 1925, in Canton, Ohio, to Clarence and Gladys (Rebstock) Lowery.

Virginia retired from Sparta Ceramics as a QC inspector.  She was a member of the Canton Baptist Temple.  Virginia was a godly women who served in Sunday School for the toddlers. She also volunteered at the Malvern Senior Center with her friend Vernon Brown.  During her lifetime, she enjoyed sewing, cooking and baking for the family gatherings.  Virginia enjoyed traveling in the US, and to Israel and Switzerland with her family.  She lived a full life of 97 years and 8 months and will be sadly missed by her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kathleen D. (Wallace) Toward; son, Darrell Glen (Cindy) Cleary; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and 1 coming in December; brother, Dale Lowery; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 49 years, Joseph Cleary; sisters, Dolores and Twila; brother, Wayne.

Per Virginia's wishes there will be no services and she will be laid to rest at Melscheimer Cemetery.
