Victoria H. Sabella
Victoria H. Sabella, age 89, of East Canton passed away Thursday October 30, 2008 in Summit's Trace following a brief illness. Born June 20, 1919 in Canton to the late Joseph and Theresa (Frustaci) Calabretta. She was a Canton resident most of her life having also resided in East Canton for 25 years. She was a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church and the AARP. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Sabella in 2000; two brothers, Joseph and Samuel Calabretta; two sisters, Geraldine Hasley and Connie Clapper; one great granddaughter, Maggie Sabella. Survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Tracey Sabella of Minerva, Tim and Robin Sabella of Dunlap, TN; eight grandchildren, Adrian, Lonnie, Joseph, Grace, Elizabeth and Maria Sabella, Nickola Guy and Cody Turner; one great grandson, Lonnie Sabella; one brother, Dan Calabretta of East Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Summit's Trace and staff for their wonderful care given to Victoria. Funeral services will be Monday Nov. 3, 2008 at 10:00 am in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Richard K. Thewlis officiating. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Friends may call Sunday from 4-6 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc. at 1-800-Diabetes.
