U. Gwen Crawford, age 95, of Canton, died Monday, December 27, 2004 in Aultman Hospital following and extended illness. Daughter of the late Alonzo Bruce and Lula Scott (Chambers) Cunningham. She was a Canton area resident since 1924; and retired from US Ceramic Tile. Member of Asbury United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women and Pike Grange for 58 years. Also preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Cline Crawford in 1981; three grandchilden, two sisters and two brothers. Survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Jean and Frank Habrun of Bolivar, Joan and Richard Stallman of East Sparta, Doris and Robert Schlup of Navarre; One son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Sandra Crawford of Dover; 10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:30pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave., with Pastor Daniel Wilson and Rev. David Bloor officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before services (12:30-1:30pm). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, 7344 Ridge Ave. SE, East Sparta, OH 44626
