Twila M. Herstine
Age 80, of Louisville went to be with her personal Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 14, 2013 in her home following a brief illness. Born June 30, 1932 in Canton, Ohio to the late Ralph and Bessie Mae (Weaver) Unkefer. She was a Louisville resident most of her life and retired from the Hoover Company. Twila was a member of Louisville Christian Church. Preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Varner and one brother, Donald Unkefer. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Stanton J. Herstine; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Don Vrudney of Massillon; one son-in-law, David Varner of Louisville; six grandchildren and spouses, Stanton Varner, Nolan and Vicki Varner, Michelle Hodapp, Dan and Tammy Parry, Melissa Parry, Mark and Sarah Parry; 13 great grandchildren; four brothers, Stuart, Russell, Larry and Phil Unkefer. Funeral services will be Monday, March 18, 2013 at 11:00 am in the Louisville Christian Church, 1800 S. Chapel St., Louisville, OH. 44641, with Pastor Rick Brown officiating. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 1-3 pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton and one hour prior to the service on Monday at the church from 10-11 am.
