Timothy R. Mangus
Age 65, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly in his home Thursday May 31, 2012. He was born March 29, 1947 in Canton to the late Donald and Anna (Bennett) Mangus. Timothy was a life resident of the Canton area and a 1965 graduate of Canton South High School. He was an Army Vietnam veteran and retired from Republic Technologies International in 2000 after 35 years of service. He was a member of the American Legion, North American Hunting Club and the NRA. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Billie Jean Mangus. He is survived by his wife, Arlene D. (Leonard) Mangus to whom he was married 29 years; four children, Tina (Melvin) Kosht, Jacki (Joe) Seery, Timothy R. Mangus II, Candi (Jerod) Werstler all of Canton; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two brothers and four sisters. Funeral services will be Monday June 4, 2012 at 10:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. Interment in St. Jacob Cemetery.
