Timothy R. Dillon
Age 53, of Canton, passed away Tuesday March 13, 2012 in his home following a courageous two year battle with cancer. He was born September 12, 1958 in Canton to Stanley Richard and Karen (McKeel) Dillon. Timothy was a life resident of Canton and a 1976 graduate of Timken High School. He retired from The Timken Company in 2010 after 30 years of service. He was an avid bowler achieving a 300 game and participated in many leagues throughout Stark County. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie# 141, Canton where he had served as president and trustee. He is preceded in death by his mother, Karen Dillon in 2004. Timothy is survived by his wife, Paulette S. (Hill) to whom he was married eight years; one daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Timothy Dillree of East Canton; three sons, Matthew Dillon of Massillon, Jason Dillon and his fiancé, Heather Sealock of Canton, Chad Dillon of Canton; two step-children and spouses, Melanie and Wes Coe of East Canton, Nicholas and Amy Webb of Canton; 14 grandchildren; father and step-mother, Stanley and Madeline Dillon of Apopka, FL; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael and Cynthia Dillon of Agawam, Mass, David Dillon of Canton, Daniel and Heidi Dillon of Hartville; two sisters and brother-in-law, Victoria and Peter Mittas of N. Canton, Stacey Enouiti of Deltona, FL; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday March 17, 2012 at 10:00am in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Pastor Demetri Mittas officiating. Friends may call Friday 6-8pm in the funeral home.
