Age 75, of Canton died Friday, April 10, 2009 in Aultman Hospital following an extended illness. Born December 22, 1933 in North Canton, OH. to the late Harold and Margaret (Stewart) Post. He was a life resident of the Canton area and a 1951 graduate of North Canton Hoover High School. Thomas was a U.S. Marine veteran of the Korean War and a retired truck driver. Thomas was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Carrollton Aerie #2185 and was inducted into the Canton Billiards Hall of Fame in 2000. Preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Post in 2006, one sister, Nancy Jackson. Survived by one daughter, Margaret Post of Texas; six stepsons, Jeff Mack, Thomas Naus Jr, Timothy Naus, Dave Naus, Daniel Naus and William Naus; 15 step-grandchildren; 35 step-great-grandchildren; one sister, Paulette Lacau of Georgia. Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 2:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. Interment in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
