Thelma "Flo" Sanor
Thelma "Flo" Sanor, age 78, of Canton died Thursday, January 4, 2007 unexpectedly in her home. Born in Hanoverton, OH. on April 14, 1928 to the late Spencer R. and Mabel C. (Arter) Sanor. She was a Canton area resident most of her life and member of Christ Presbyterian Church. Retired from Becton-Dickenson with 43 years of service. Preceded in death by three brothers, William, Harold and Sam Sanor; two sisters, Stella Wecht and Anna Lou Sanor. Survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Morlan and Wanda Sanor of East Canton, Donald and Virginia Sanor of Rootstown, James and Joan Sanor of East Sparta; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Melvin Raines of East Canton, Luanne and Roger Peterson of North Canton, Arla Jean and Alfred Escott of Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. "Flo" will be greatly missed by all her friends for her kindness. We were lucky to have had her for a friend and sister. The family would like to express a special thank you to Stephan Summerfield, her young friend and helper, who assisted "Flo" so she could stay in her home she loved. Thank you to all who were good to "Flo", we love you! Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 11:00 am in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Wendy Bausman officiating. Interment in Grove Hill Cemetery, Hanoverton. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 10 - 11 am.
