Thelma N. Barrick

Thelma N. Barrick, age 99, passed away on October 3, 2023. 

She was born on November 28, 1923, in East Canton, Ohio, to Benjamin and Lotie (Fogle) Clapper, and remained a life resident of the East Canton area.

Thelma retired from Merit Plastic Company in 1980 after 10 years of service, attended Christ Memorial Church in Robertsville, member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2374 and American Legion Post #548 in Louisville.

Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Dale Barrick; Dean (Sue) Barrick; daughter-in-law, Brenda Barrick; nine grandchildren; many great and great, great grandchildren; and good friend, Dorothy Wagner.

Thelma was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl D. Barrick in 1998; sons, Denny and Dwain Barrick.

Per Thelma’s request there will be no public services.  She will be laid to rest in Robertsville Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff at Crandall Medical Center and Aultman Alliance Hospice for their care of Thelma.
