Steve Predragovich
age 83, of East Canton, passed away Tuesday September 8, 2009 in Aultman Hospital. He was born October 19, 1925 in Canton to the late Peter and Dorothy (Trbruscic) Predragovich. Steve was a Canton area resident most of his life and was a WWII Army veteran where he served as a paratrooper and was the recipient of two bronze stars and a purple heart. He was a member of Mt. Zion Community Church an avid gardener and truly enjoyed the time he spent outdoors. He retired from Bloom and Klein Distribution in 1982 after 18 years of service and served as a substitute custodian for Canton Local Schools for 19 years. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, George, Nick and Ivan Predragovich. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy L. (Billman) to whom he was married 57 years; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Dan Biller of Louisville; three grandchildren and spouses, Kevin and Lisa Biller of Pataskala, OH, Nicholas and Brooke Biller of Gahanna, OH, Diana Biller of Louisville; one great grandson, Mason Biller; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Louis and Dorothy Predragovich of N. Canton, Mike Predragovich of Waverly, OH, Sam and Judy Predragovich of Louisville, Paul Predagovich of Carrollton; three sisters, Kathryn Forester of Sandyville, Eva Berardelli of Canton, Annie Crislip of Arizona. Funeral services will be Saturday September 12, 2009 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Spies officiating. Internment in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
