Age 85, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday April 25, 2018 in Aultman Hospital. She was born December 27, 1932 in Wetzel County, WV to the late Okey and Dixie (Hawkins) Higgins. Sarah was the former owner/operator of Beauty Belle’s Hair Salons and Mom’s Kitchen Carry Out. She is preceded in death by one sister, Mary Nina Price; one brother, Jimmie Dale Higgins. Sarah is survived by one sister, June Moore; one nephew, Derwin Douglas. A private family inurnment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. There will be no public services.
