Sandra K. McConnell
Sandra K. McConnell, age 65, of East Canton, passed away Sunday April 27, 2008 in Aultman Hospital following a sudden illness. She was born January 9, 1943 in Canton, to John W. and Helen M. (Stallman) Crumley. Sandra was a life resident of the Canton area and had attended Canton South High School. She was employed by G.E. Capital and an active member of Otterbein United Methodist Church where she served as a trustee. Sandra was a member of the Red Hat Society and an avid seamstress, crafter and previously showed ponies with her late husband. She is preceded in death by her father, John W. Crumley; her husband, Jack E. McConnell in 1993; one sister, Judith Monastra. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Michael Wymer of Canal Fulton, Kari and Allen Orlandi of Brecksville, OH, Amber and Darrell Rector of Canton; one son, Devin McConnell of the home; her mother, Helen Crumley of Canton; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two brothers and a sister-in-law, John R. and Lynn Crumley of Waynesburg, Roger Crumley of Canton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday May 1, 2008 at 11:00am in the Otterbein United Methodist Church with Rev. Debra J. Speer officiating. Friends may call Wednesday 5-8pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home and one hour before services at the church on Thursday (10-11am).
