Samantha N. Brooks
Age 28, of Phoenix, AZ passed away Friday, December 1, 2017 in Banner Desert Medical Center due to injuries sustain from a traffic accident. She was born September 28, 1989 in Bellefontaine, OH. Samantha had been a Phoenix resident the past 5 years, prior to which she had also resided in Canton, OH and Westerville, OH. She was employed by ON Trac. Preceded in death by one grandfather, James McGill and one nephew, Jayden. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Virginia and Robert Brooks; her father and step-mother, David and Becky Brooks; four brothers, Ryan Brooks, Eric Brooks, Kyle Zelazny and Jacob Zelazny; two sisters, Aliza McNabb and Rachel Zelazny; grandparents, Jack and Ruth Brooks, Irene McGill, Ruth Meek, Larry and Sue Long; one niece, Audrina; two nephews, Nash and Jett; a close friend, Meaghan Reed; numerous aunts, uncles and extended family. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave with Pastor Bruce McLaughlin officiating. Interment in West Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 5 – 8 pm.
