Ruth A. Weaver
Age 85, of Canton died Friday, May 31, 2013 in her home following an extended illness. Born August 19, 1927 in Canton, Ohio to the late Arthur and Catherine (Dencer) Ley. She was a life resident of Canton and a 1945 graduate of Canton South High School. Ruth was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and a former member of the Richville Women's Club. Preceded in death by her husband, Donald I. Weaver in 2007; a son, Jeffrey; a daughter, Kay and a great granddaughter, Laura. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Karen Weaver, Mike and Terri Weaver; one daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Rick Farber; nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Fr. Edward Beneleit officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Sunday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. Memorial donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr., Ste. E, Green, OH. 44685-6227.
