Ruth E. Sewell
Ruth E. Sewell, age 81, of North Canton, died Sunday July 22, 2007 in Aultman Hospital. She was born June 19, 1926 in North Canton, OH, to the late Clifford and Grace (Smith) Boyer. Ruth was a 1944 graduate of Canton South High School and was a Canton area resident most of her life. Ruth was very active in several bowling leagues for many years and was an avid seamstress and gardener. She is survived by her husband, Robert G. Sewell to whom she was married 61 years; one son and daughter-in-law, Robert A. and Debbie Sewell of Perry Twp; two daughters and a son-in-law, Gini and Clinton Ashbaugh of Fruitland Park, FL, Peggy Standish of Knox, PA; five grandchildren and their spouses, Bobby and Nicole Sewell, Michelle and Randy Perdew, Venus and Marvin Mikolajek, Shawn and Crystal Standish, Adam Standish; four great grandchildren, Nicolas, Nadelie, Jasmine and Camryn; one brother and sister-in-law, William and Janet Boyer of Robertsville. Funeral services will be Thursday July 26, 2007 at 10am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Rev. Terry L. Livengood officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
