Ruth E. Hayhurst
Age 83, of Canton, passed away Monday August 8, 2016 in Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born December 20, 1932 in Canton to the late Bernard and Dorothea (Riggles) Baad. Ruth retired from The Timken Company in 1993 after 26 1/2 of service. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Joe T. Hayhurst in 1989; one son, Jeffrey Hayhurst. She is survived by one son, Dennis Hayhurst; three grandchildren, Jeffrey (Brenney) Hayhurst Jr., James (fiancé, Sarah) Hayhurst and Justin (Heather) Hayhurst; four great-grandchildren, Courtney, Hope, Austin and Katelyn. Funeral services will be Friday August 12, 2016 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Terry Smith officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
