Ruby O. Bailey
Age 87, of East Sparta passed away Saturday September 17, 2016. She was born May 2, 1929 in Preston County, WV to the late Sampson and Nancy Ellen (Stockwell) Davis. Ruby was a member of the Canton Central Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bailey in 1990; one son, Richard C. Bailey; two daughters, Marian Lough and Jacklyn Bailey; two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by three children, William “Bud” (Lois) Bailey, James K. (Laura) Bailey, Terri (Bradley) Nicsinger; 18 grandchildren and 76 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Hoy Davis; one sister, Nellie Lough. Funeral services will be Wednesday September 21, 2016 at 7:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Homes. Friends will be received two hours before services on Wednesday (5-7pm).
