Ronnie G. Pendergrass
Ronnie G. Pendergrass, age 52, of Denver, NC, passed away Sunday October 14, 2007 in his home following a one year battle with cancer. He was born October 14, 1955 in Canton and was a 1973 graduate of East Canton High School. Ronnie was a resident of Denver, NC. For the past 20 years, prior to which he had resided in East Canton. He was employed by Trugreen/Chemlawn for the past 20 years. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Smith, John and Vinnie Pendergrass. He is survived by his wife, Barbara J. (Rinehart) to whom he was married 19 years; one daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Jeff Burner of Louisville; his parents, Urban and Mary Frances Pendergrass of East Canton; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Bruce and Barbara Pendergrass of Denver, NC, David Pendergrass of Ravenna; one sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Jeff Goltz of Maiden, NC; grandmother, Beatrice Smith of Waynesburg; two aunts, one uncle, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday October 18, 2007 at 1:00pm in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Terry Bailey officiating. Interment in Mapleton Cemetery.
