Age 49, of Roxboro, North Carolina died unexpectedly Monday, May 11, 2015. Born September 9, 1965 in Monaca, PA. to Richard and Irene (Brunner) Showalter. He was a Roxboro resident for the past 20 years having also resided in Monaca, PA. He was a graduate of Upper Iowa University. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Margaret Brunner, Robert and Serena Showalter. He is survived by his fiancé, Karina Alonso of Roxboro; one step-son, Frankie Yentz of Massillon, OH; one step-daughter, Sabrina Yentz of Roxboro; his parents, Richard and Irene Showalter of East Canton, OH; two brothers and sister-in-law, Pastor Tom and Rose Showalter of Barberton, OH., Timothy Showalter of East Canton; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 3:00 pm in Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church, 108 E. Walnut St., East Canton, OH. 44730 with Pastors Tim Monteith and Tom Showalter officiating.
