Ronald E. Miller, age 75, of Canton died in his home Thursday July 24, 2008. Born December 23, 1932 in New Castle, PA. to the late Warren J. and Daisy J. (Shaffer) Miller. He was a Canton resident most of his life and a member of Canton South High School class of 1953. Retired from Ford Motor Co. in 1992 after 38 years of service. Member of North Industry Christian Church, Loyal Order of Moose, Canton South Community Men's Club, the former Canton South Kiwanis and Sponseller Grange. Preceded in death by one brother, Jim Miller. Survived by his wife of 56 years, Frances "Toots" (Gicie) Miller; three sons and daughter-in-law, Ronald Miller of Perry Twp, Dennis and Barb Miller of Perry Twp, Todd Miller of Oakland Twp, MI; six grandchildren, Bryan, Chris, Ben, Samantha, Molly and Mitch; four great grandchildren, Alexis, Hannah, Luke and Jayden; one sister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Cal Perdew; special brothers and sisters-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday at 10:00am in North Industry Christian Church with Stephen Kimbrel officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
