Roger R. Nohl
Age 75, of East Sparta, passed away Monday September 2, 2013 in Green Meadows Health and Wellness following an extended illness. He was born November 9, 1937 in Canton to the late Donald R. and Dorothy C. (Heinbuch) Nohl. Roger was a Canton area resident most of his life and was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was a former meat inspector for Sugardale Foods and was a foreman with the Hoover Company. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Gail Nohl; one sister, Cheryl Nohl. He is survived by two sons, Rod Nohl of Marengo, IL., Bryan Nohl of Brookings, OR; one daughter, Colleen Edwards of Louisville, OH; four grandchildren, Allan, Angela, Christopher Nohl and Nathan Edwards; one great-granddaughter, Kimber Nohl; one brother, Douglas Nohl of Athens, OH. A graveside service will be Saturday September 7, 2013 at 10:00am in Greenlawn Cemetery, Sandyville, OH with Pastor Ruthann Bosley officiating.
