Roger E. Neff
Age 64, of Waynesburg, passed away Wednesday June 30, 2010 in Aultman Hospital. He was born June 27, 1946 in Canton, OH to the late Rex and Opal (Ford) Neff. Roger was a life resident of the Canton area and had attended Canton South High School. He is retired from the Iron Workers Local #550 after 37 years of service. He was a member of the Bible Believers Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Rex Neff. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia K. (Stout) Neff to whom he was married 36 years; two sons, Randy Neff and his fiancée, Nina Fernandez of Louisville, Matthew and Jennifer Neff of East Canton; one daughter, Melissa (Neff) and Patrick McDonald of Waynesburg; six grandchildren, Randy, Jason, Nathan, Corbin, Annabella, Maggie and one anticipated grandchild in December; four brothers, John and Elaine Neff, Thomas and Judy Neff, James and Marilyn Neff all of Canton, Russell and Linda Neff of Waynesburg; two sisters, Susan and Art Leasure of Canton, Cindy and Bud Yoho of N. Canton; one sister-in-law, Patricia Neff of Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday July 5, 2010 at 2:00pm in the Bible Believers Baptist Church with Pastor Art Martin officiating. Interment in West Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call three hours before services at the church on Monday (11-2pm). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Bible Believers Baptist Church Tract Ministry at 5360 E. Center Dr NE, Canton, OH 44721. "I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah." Psalm 32:5
