Robert R. Kantorik
Robert R. Kantorik, age 51, of Mapleton, OH. died Saturday, January, 5, 2008 in his home following an extended illness. Born March 16, 1956 in Mt Pleasant, PA. to Mervin A. and Mary Ann (Mognet) Kantorik. He was a Mapleton/ East Canton area resident most of his life and a 1974 graduate of East Canton High School. Formerly employed by Millwright and Piledriver Local # 1871 and Metropolitan Industries. Robert had attended Mapleton United Methodist Church and was a member of the Mapleton Gun Club. Preceded in death by his father, Mervin A. Kantorik. Survived by his wife of 19 years, Theresa A. (Dyar) Kantorik; two sons, Jason and Jarrod Kantorik both of East Canton; two daughters, Rachael and Kristina Kantorik both of the home; two grandchildren; mother, Mary Ann Kantorik of Palatka, FL; one brother, Tom Kantorik of Palatka, FL; one sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Jim Hossler of Canton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Rev. Tom Woodson officiating. There will be no calling hours. Interment in Mapleton Cemetery.
