Richard C. Yohe Sr.

Age 92 of Canton passed away Sunday December 19, 2021 in Hennis Care Center, Bolivar. He was born July 5, 1929 in Canton to the late Russell and Helen (Neff) Yohe. Richard was a 1947 graduate of Canton South High School and retired from Ohio Power after 44 years of service. He was a member of First Church of the Resurrection and the former Canton Township Sportsman’s Club. He served as a volunteer fireman with Canton Township Station #4 for many years and was a former Fire Chief. He is preceded in death by one brother, Carl Yohe. Richard is survived by his wife, Zella Mae (Kinsinger) to whom he was married 71 years; three children, Karen Barrick, Richard C. Jr. (Joan) Yohe and Kay (Kim) Clark; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. A private family service will be conducted in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton.
