Richard C. Weddell
Age 68, of East Canton, passed away Monday November 18, 2013 in Aultman Compassionate Care following an extended illness. He was born December 26, 1944 in Canton to the late Jack and Laura (Hickey) Weddell. Richard was a life resident of East Canton and was a 1962 graduate of East Canton High School. He retired from Meyers Machining in 2011 and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2374, Louisville. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Bates and Betty Kutay. He is survived by his wife, Sharon K. (Trego) to whom he was married 48 years; one brother and sister-in-law, John and Mary Weddell of Gilford Lake; one sister, Sally Cable of Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be Thursday November 21, 2013 at 7:00pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. Friends may call one hour before services on Thursday (6-7pm). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Aultman Compassionate Care at 2821 Woodlawn Ave NW, Canton, OH 44708.
