Richard W. Trubisky, age 73, of Canton died Saturday, December 27, 2008 in Aultman Hospital following a brief illness. Born August 3, 1935 in Kipling, OH to the late Frank and Anna (Laskey) Trubisky. He was a Canton area resident most of his life and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Canton. He retired from Union Metal Corp. in 2000 after 45 years of service. Survived by his wife of 51 years, June M. (Dureska) Trubisky; two sons and daughter-in-law, Richard and Jean Trubisky of Canton, Ronald Trubisky of Bolivar; four grandchildren, Cory Trubisky, Taylor Trubisky, Karl Fisher and Jacob Trubisky; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Betty Trubisky of Canton, Donald and Patricia Trubisky of Louisville; two sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Jane and Bill Worrick of Canton, Helen Stevens of Canton; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2008 at 7:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Fr. Benson Okpara officiating. Friends may call two hours prior to the service on Tuesday from 5 – 7 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the family to defray expenses.
