Rev. Barnie A. Blair Sr.
crossed over to his heavenly home on December 4, 2015 at the young age of 79. He was born on June 11, 1936 in Castleberry (Brewton) AL. to the late Barnie and Velma (Young) Blair. He is also preceded in death by one son, Dennis Blair and a brother, Aaron Blair. He was a Pastor and Evangelist for 48 years and served as the former pastor of Faith Cathedral. Barnie married Carla F. (Young) on July 3, 1964 and together they have seven children surviving; Harry (Joyce) Blair, Michelle (Burt) Frenz, Barnie A. (Mary Beth) Blair Jr, Russell Blair, Jessica (Shawn) McCord, Bruce (Donna) Blair and Steve (Debbie) Blair; three sisters, Vila (Jackie) Darneil, Virginia (Clyde) Harrison and Delania (Dale) Kaiser; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. Funeral services will be Tuesday December 8, 2015 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Mayle officiating. Burial will be in Melscheimer Cemetery.
