Reva M. Reed

Reva M. (Harper) Reed, age 86, passed away September 21, 2023. She was born, April 21, 1937, in Countsville, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Johnny B. and Alice D. (Parker) Harper.

 Reva resided in the Canton area since the age of 11. She was employed at McCroy’s Five and Dime in her high school years.  After graduation she was employed for many years at AT&T (Ohio Bell). She was a member of the Canton Baptist Temple. Reva was active in the Ambassador Class, Forever Young and Sharing and Caring. She so enjoyed volunteering at the Aultman Compassionate Care, where she was dearly loved by the doctors and staff. 

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Delford “Dan” Reed, she is survived by several cousins and many precious friends.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 1:30pm   in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Jake Tovissi officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service 12:30-1:30pm. Reva will be laid to rest in North Lawn Cemetery.
