Rebecca E. Spurgeon, age 61, passed away on November 12, 2023.
Rebecca was born in Banner Elk, North Carolina; a 1980 Timken High School graduate; and was employed by Diebold for 35 years.
She loved music, dancing and golf; celebrating holidays with family and friends; Becky could light up any room with her smile and laugh; she was kind, caring, gentle and loved by everyone.
Becky was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Bonnie (Ollis) Buchanan.
She is survived by husband, Rick Spurgeon; sons, Austin, Brad (Kim), Ryan (Brianna); grandchildren, Andi, Peyton, and Gunnar; her canine, Winnie; and best friend Linda Tisdale.
Visitation will be Friday, November 17, 2023 at Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home, 3-4 pm. with funeral service beginning at 4pm.
Arrangements are entrusted to Kreighbaum Sanders Funeral Home 4041 Cleveland Ave S. Canton, OH 44707.
