Rebecca A. “Becky” (Steinbach) Croston died August 16, 2023, at the Cleveland Clinic, following a brief illness. She was surrounded by her loved ones. She was born September 3, 1967, in Fort Campbell, KY to Rodney Steinbach and the late Eileen (Brumbaugh) Steinbach. Becky was a graduate of Perry High School (Canton, OH). She married the late Kenneth Croston, Jr., on January 2, 1993.
Becky was a long time member of the Church of the Brethren. She worked as an Avon Representative and Color Street Nails Representative. Becky loved Halloween, camping, and Hocking Hills. She enjoyed these things the most with her late beloved husband Kenny. Becky knew no stranger and was loved by many. Her passions were painting, crafting and gifting things she made to family and friends. Her gifts were personal and thoughtful, and her ability to make something beautiful will be missed.
Becky is survived by her father, Rod Steinbach, sister, Jennifer (Greg) Stephens, nephew Cody (Katie) Stephens, niece Shelby (John) Kelbly, great-niece Isabell Stephens and life-long friend Debbie (Don) Bradford, as well as many close friends and extended family members.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Eden Church of the Brethren on Sunday, September 3rd at 2:30. There will be calling hours at the church from 1:30-2:30pm. A fellowship time following the service will encourage everyone to share favorite stories of Becky with family and friends.
