Ralph G. Welton
Ralph G. Welton, age 78, of Canton, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005 in Mercy Medical Center. Born Sept. 26, 1927 in Massillon, OH, to the late Harley O. and Grace H. (Kettering) Welton. He was a life resident of the Canton and Massillon areas and a proud veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corp. Retired from Babcock & Wilcox Company and had also worked as an over the road truck driver. Ralph dearly loved his family, fishing and wild animals. Survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Dale Hinderer of Canton; two sons and daughter-in-law, Dana Welton of Bolivar, Timothy and Susan Welton of Canton; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Carl and Joann Welton of Hahira, GA, Richard and Carrie Welton of Beulaville, NC; one sister, Doris Welton of Massillon; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday Nov. 5, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Terry Bailey officiating. Interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Massillon, OH. Friends may call Friday from 6 - 8 p.m.
