Phyllis J. Fausneaucht
Age 85, of Malvern, passed away Friday December 29, 2017 in Shady Lawn Nursing Home, Dalton, OH. She was born February 11, 1932 in Russell Point, OH to the late Ralph H. and Lola M. (Bower) Smith. Phyllis was a Malvern resident for the past 20 years and a member of the Canton Baptist Temple where she was a choir member. She was formerly employed by Waltz Camera, O’Neil’s, Kaufmann’s and the May Company. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Lake in 1967; one son, James E. Lake; two sisters, Norma Moose and Lois DeVore. Phyllis is survived by her husband, Harold E. Fausneaucht; one son, Charles Lake; one daughter, Melanie (David) Stuthers; step-son, Steve (Sue) Fausneaucht; step-daughter, Deb (Dan) Bloch; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Nicole, Heather and Debi for their wonderful care. Funeral services will be Thursday January 4, 2018 at 11:00am in the Canton Baptist Temple with Jake Tovissi officiating. Friends may call one hour before services on Thursday (10-11am) at the church. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Aultman Hospice program.
