Peggy S. Horn
age 67, of East Canton, passed away Tuesday November 3, 2009 in Green Meadows Health and Wellness Center. She was born September 11, 1942 in Russell County, Virginia to the late Clarence C. and Virginia (Cook) Irick. Peggy was an East Canton resident for the past 40 years and had served as a private duty nurse for families in the East Canton area for many years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Horn in 2002; one daughter, Nora Fairchild; one brother, Howard Irick. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Roy C. and Konnie Horn of Minerva, Randy and Tina Horn of East Canton; six grandchildren, Heather, Jorden, Johnie, Sean, Kerry Sue and Katelynn Sue; two sisters, Mozelle Horton of Virginia and Christine Irick of Abington, VA. Funeral services will be Friday November 6, 2009 at 10:00am in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Mark Black officiating. Internment in Mapleton Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 6-8pm.
