Paul D. Wyler Sr.
Age 78, of East Canton passed away Tuesday June 22, 2021, in his home. He was born February 1, 1943, in Canton to the late Walter C. and Francis E. (Holl) Wyler. Paul was a 1961 graduate of East Canton High School and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Paul retired from The Timken Company after 23 years of service and was formerly employed by the Village of East Canton Water and Street Departments. He was a member of St. Paul’s Community Christian Church, formerly served as a council member for the Village of East Canton and an East Canton volunteer fireman for 12 years. He was an avid fisherman, woodworker and enjoyed time spent with his family. He is survived by his wife, Jean E. (Lambert) to whom he was married 55 years; four sons, Paul Jr. (Sandra), Michael (Roxane), Walter (Deborah) and Scott (Lori) Wyler; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; one brother, David (Anu) Wyler; two sisters, Barbara Bender and Marilyn (David) Burgess. Funeral services will be Thursday June 24, 2021, at 2:00pm in the Louisville Christian Church with Rick Brown officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
