Paul J. Boylan, age 79, of East Canton, passed away Friday December 14, 2007 in Summits Trace of Greater Canton following an extended illness. He was born March 7, 1928 in Canton, to the late Bernard P. and Theresa (Miller) Boylan. Paul was an East Canton area resident for the past 42 years, retiring from the Ford Motor Company in 1985 after 33 years of service. He was a member of the VFW post #3747 and the UAW local #542. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Jan (Riley) Boylan; two brothers, Ronald and Pat Boylan. He is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Angie Boylan of Canton; one sister-in-law, Cecelia Boylan. A Memorial Mass will be Thursday December 27, 2007 at 8:00a.m. in St. Joseph Catholic Church with Msgr. Frank Carfagna as celebrant. A private family committal service will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton is handling arrangements.
