Norman G. Freshour
Norman G. Freshour, age 52, of Magnolia, died Monday May 7, 2007 in Mercy Medical Center following an extended illness. He was born June 25, 1954 in Parkersburg, WV, to the late Roy Jr. and Maxine (Harris) Freshour. Norman was a Magnolia resident for the past 15 years and a 1973 graduate of Canton South High School. Member of Sandy Valley Church of God and employed by Arvilla Oil Well Service. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, Norman G. Freshour Jr.; one sister, Thelma Wells; one brother, Rick Freshour. He is survived by his wife, Lora L. (Richards) to whom he was married 22 years; three children, Elizabeth Freshour of Canton, Tabitha Freshour and Alexander Freshour both of Magnolia; one granddaughter, Aubryana Richardson of Canton; three brothers and a sister-in-law, Joe Freshour of Carrollton, Nelson and Kelly Freshour of Canton, Kevin Freshour of Clarksburg, WV; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Debra Freshour of Canton, Lisa and John Swiger of Clarksburg, WV; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday May 11, 2007 at 10am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Clifford Hughes officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery.
