Norma M. Gastin
Norma M. Gastin, age 84, of Canton, passed away Saturday August 16, 2008 in Mercy Medical Center following a brief illness. She was born January 16, 1924 to the late James and Gladys (Mount) Skiver. Norma was a Canton area resident for the past 22 years, prior to which she had resided in East Canton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John W. Gastin in 1985; one daughter, Nancy Kelly; two brothers and two sisters. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Janice Gastin of Tallahassee, FL, Carl and Dorothy Gastin of Magnolia; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday August 20, 2008 at 10:00am in the Myers-Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8pm.
