Noah Soliday
Age 88, of Canton died Saturday, November 13, 2010 in his home. Born April 15, 1922 in Clearfield, PA. to the late William W. and Rhoda B. (London) Soliday. He was a Canton resident since 1952 and retired from Republic Steel, South Division, in 1981 after 28 years of service. Noah was a member of United Steel Workers Union, Local # 1123. Preceded in death by three sons, Bill, Tommy and David Soliday; four brothers and four sisters. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Dolores J. (Galbreath) Soliday; five children and spouses, Linda and Robert Fisher of Canton, Lanny and Roberta Soliday of Canton, Connie Soliday of Canton, Cloyd Soliday of Navarre, Floyd Soliday of Canton; 13 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; two sisters, Ada Hoover and Mildred "Toot" Marshall; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Rev. E. Keith Stephens officiating. Interment in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 pm.
