Nancy I. Hilton
Nancy I. Hilton, age 68, of Canton, passed away Sunday November 4, 2007 in McKinley Health Care Center following a brief illness. She was born December 31, 1938 in Canton, to the late Stanley A. and Mary (Bondusa) Fisher. Nancy was a life resident of the Canton area and a 1956 graduate of McKinley High School. She retired from the Ohio State Department of Liquor Control in 2000 after 15 years of service. She was a member of the Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church, Canton South Junior Guild and the Canton Museum Art Guild. Nancy was an accomplished artist and truly enjoyed painting. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant sister. She is survived by her husband, John B. Hilton to whom she was married 49 years; four children and their spouse, Eric and Kathy Hilton of East Sparta, Debbie and Gary Baker of Wintersville, OH, Steven and Diane Hilton of Perry Township, Diana and Bob North of Plain Township; six grandchildren, Melissa, Corey, Adam and Stephanie Hilton, Alexander and Amanda North; one sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Larry Kolasky of Englewood, FL. Friends may call Thursday November 8, 2007 from 1-2pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 2:30pm in Melscheimer Cemetery on Thursday. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church at 3828 Cleveland Ave SE, Canton, OH 44707.
