M. Louise McDonald

Age 103, of Canton passed away Saturday, December 15, 2018 in the Lodge at New Dawn following a brief illness. Born September 17, 1915 in Latrobe, PA to the late William and Lelia (Schrack) Dempsey. Louise was a retired practical nurse from Timken Mercy Medical Center. She was a member of Paris Ave Christadelphian Ecclesia and looked forward to the return of Christ and the establishment of his kingdom on earth. Preceded in death by husbands, Ervin Badnell and Herman McDonald; two sons, Kenneth and Daniel McDonald; a sister, Stella Henry; two brothers, Bill and Jack Dempsey. She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Hazel and Lynn Hindall, Nancy Buxton; a daughter-in-law, Janet McDonald; five grandchildren, Brian, Maria, Rose, Amanda and Aaron; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Betty Belan; many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the kind and compassionate staff of the Lodge at New Dawn and Crossroads Hospice. Funeral services will be Friday December 21, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. Interment in North Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 6 – 8 pm.
