Minnie J. Marks
Age 90, of Canton, passed away Wednesday December 26, 2012 in St. Luke Lutheran Home. She was born October 7, 1922 in Canton to the late Roy and Ida (Richards) Teis. Minnie was a Canton area resident most of her life, formerly employed by The Timken Company during WWII and was a homemaker most of her life. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Earl L. Marks in 2000; four sisters, Amelia Herman, Irene Hershberger, Loretta Gatto and Lillian Robbins; one brother, Donald Teis. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Gary and Sandy Marks of Malvern, Jeffrey Marks of N. Canton; two sisters, Evelyn Hoffman and Lottie Sponseller; one brother, Melvin Teis; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday December 29, 2012 at 1:00pm in the Sanders Funeral Home in East Canton with Carl Boss officiating. Interment in Mapleton Cemetery.
