Mildred I. Rebstock
Mildred I. Rebstock, age 98, formerly of Canton died Friday, January 4, 2008 in Brookshire House, Denver, CO. following an extended illness. Born July 11, 1909 in Canton, OH. to the late Arlie and Mary Christine (Young) Shreffler. She was a life resident of Canton other than the past three years she resided in Denver, CO. Mildred was a graduate of North Canton Hoover High School and the Canton Actual Business College. She married Howard O. Rebstock on October 29, 1934. Mildred was formerly employed by the Hoover Company before and during World War II. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard in1990; one son Gary L. Rebstock; one brother, Lloyd Shreffler. Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Roxy and Glen Brooks of Hesperia, CA, Holly and Stephen Toms of Denver, CO; seven grandchildren, Renee Weaver, Duain Rebstock, RoxAnn Franks, Rochelle Crinaldi, Eric Blake, Rachel Mason and Satha Boyd; eight great grandchildren, Bill and Rebecca Weaver, Ashton Rebstock, Olivia and Andrea Crinaldi, Jordan and Natalie Blake and Jessi Tighe-Mason. Funeral services will be Friday, January 11, 2008 at 1:00 pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on South Cleveland Ave. with Stephen Kimbrel officiating. Interment in Melscheimer Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Friday from 12 – 1 pm.
