Michael “Wayne” Tisdale

Age 70, of East Sparta, went home to be with his Lord on Monday April 30, 2018 in the comfort of his home following an extended illness. He was born May 4, 1947 in Riddleton, TN to the late C.W. and Dorothy (Chambers) Tisdale. Wayne was a 1965 graduate of Timken High School and had attended Kent State University. He retired from United Sales after 26 years of service. Wayne loved riding his Harley, fishing, golfing, drag racing, boating, Blues concerts and old-time rock-n-roll. He is survived by his wife, Linda Sue (Ollis) to whom he was married 41 years; two daughters, Yvette Tisdale (Chris Bigan) and Vanessa (Marc) Blackstone. Funeral services will be Saturday May 5, 2018 at 11:00am in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home with Pastor Thomas W. Shank Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends Friday 5-8pm.
