Michael S. Johnson
Michael S. Johnson, age 48, of Massillon, passed away Wednesday July 30, 2008 at McKinley Life Care following a sudden illness. He was born August 24, 1959 in Duxbury, MA. Michael was a Massillon area resident since 1986, prior to which he had resided in Florida and Texas. He was the Owner/Operator of the former SJMJ Corporation. He was an outdoor enthusiast and truly enjoyed a good round of golf. Michael is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Johnson; one brother, Scott Johnson. He is survived by two daughters, Jessica Johnson of Boston, MA, Ashley Johnson of Canton; his mother, Susan Johnson of Duxbury, MA; one brother and sister-in-law, Andy and Kelly Johnson of Duxbury, MA; one sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Eric Denmion of Los Angeles, CA. A memorial service will be Sunday August 3, 2008 at 3:00pm in the Kreighbaum-Sanders Funeral Home on S. Cleveland Ave. with Steven Kimbrel officiating. Friends may call one hour before services in the funeral home (2-3pm). In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family at 4041 Cleveland Ave. S., Canton, OH 44707.
